Pet Policy

We have had a number of complaints regarding dogs in the building and waste left in corridors and outside the communal entrance. This is not only unneighbourly but also a Health and Safety concern which we wish to address immediately.

According to the terms of each lease, in order to keep an animal in the building permission must be sought from the Freeholder and this permission can be revoked at any time.

Whilst we recognise that pets are part of a family, we do have to enforce the terms of the lease and look after the well being of the residents and the building.

Please can all residents ensure that no pets are kept in the building.
