Communal Cleaning

The block cleaners will be at Winckley House every Wednesday morning.

High traffic areas, such as the entrance hallway and the main stairwell, will be cleaned weekly. This includes the vacuum of all carpeted areas, dusting of skirting boards and removal of any litter.

The junk mail rack will also be emptied and any discarded mail on top of the post boxes will be removed.

In addition to this, two different floor levels will be cleaned weekly on a rotational basis. This means that your floor will not be cleaned every week, however please do let us know if an area needs attention and we try and action this.

The cleaners will also ensure that the bins are collected weekly by the council and put back into the bin stores.
