Katie’s journey to Horizon in 2020 reflects a rich tapestry of experience, beginning in the corporate realm as an Aldi Area Manager before transitioning to the dynamic world of estate agency in London. Her quest for precision and her passion for numbers led her to excel in accountancy positions, ultimately culminating in her pivotal role as Finance Director at Horizon.

Armed with a First in Management from Southampton University, Katie wields a deft hand over Horizon’s financial operations, ensuring meticulous oversight of all managed blocks’ finances. Recognising the paramount importance of financial transparency to both clients and leaseholders, she spearheads efforts to deliver timely, easily digestible financial information. Collaborating closely with independent accountants, Katie diligently compiles year-end actuals across the business, aligning with legislation, RICS best practices, and client preferences.
