After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Chris embarked on a dynamic career journey, first serving as a Royal Marine Officer before transitioning to a Captain in the Rifles. However, his thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Master’s degree in Building Surveying accredited by RICS, marking a pivotal moment in his professional trajectory.

Drawing upon his diverse experiences, Chris established Horizon Management in 2017, driven by a passionate commitment to revolutionise the property management landscape. Frustrated by the industry’s lacklustre standards in transparency, communication, and service, he resolved to raise the bar by founding Horizon Lets Limited and Horizon Build Limited. Through strategic renovations and small-scale developments, Chris quickly garnered a reputation for excellence, attracting a burgeoning clientele.
