Our comprehensive block management service includes the following:
1. Dedicated Property Managers who have detailed knowledge of each development
2. Regular site visits and inspection reports
3. Full financial planning including service charge budget preparation, regular financial reports for clients, administering dedicated client and reserve bank accounts as well as preparation of an annual account
4. Arranging and overseeing all aspects of a blocks maintenance and upkeep
5. Advising on a wide variety of leasehold related matters including sales, lease extensions and licence to alter
