Smart Meter Installation

We have arranged for a smart meter to be installed on the communal electricity supply in each of the electricity meter rooms at Fairway View.

This will ensure that the utility supplier is getting an accurate reading ensuring that the block is paying the correct amount for the communal electricity.

These smart meters will be installed on Thursday 9th September. The engineer will be on site between 12 – 2pm. They will need to turn the power off for 30 – 40 minutes while they install the meters so please be aware that you will be without power during this time.
