With a steadfast dedication to the block management industry since 2009, Nathan has honed his craft with several distinguished managing agents and Chartered Surveyors.

In 2015, he ascended to the role of Head of Commercial & Residential Management within a multidisciplinary practice. His extensive tenure spans the realms of AST management, facilities management, commercial management, consultancy and BTR (build-to-rent), culminating in a comprehensive 14-year tenure in the property industry.

Nathan has honed an acute awareness of legislative nuances, with a particular emphasis on the pivotal Fire Safety Act (2021) and Building Safety Act (2022). His expertise extends seamlessly into the realm of BTR, where he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in ensuring compliance and operational readiness for these burgeoning sectors.

Nathan boasts an intimate understanding of the industry landscape, possessing a keen insight into the requisites for effective building management, be it boutique structures housing around 15 units or sprawling, multifaceted developments comprising up to 400 units.
