Since taking on the management of Winckley House, a number of Leaseholders, residents and letting agents have been in touch to report vehicles parked incorrectly or inconsiderately in the parking areas at Winckley House.
We know how frustrating this can be and therefore had proposed to instruct a parking enforcement company to patrol the area and ticket vehicles that were parked incorrectly. We put this idea out to all Leaseholders however we got a very limited response making this scheme unfeasible, despite contacting a number of parking enforcement contractors.
We can see that a number of parking bays have had a bollard installed to stop unauthorised parking which we believe would be a good alternative and will ensure that the bay is reserved for authorised use. As the bays are individually owned by Leaseholders this is not a cost that can be put on the Service Charge Expenditure so it would be at the Leaseholder’s own expense and responsibility.
If this is something that you may be interested in, please do get in touch with your letting agent or a contractor to arrange this.
We can of course, revisit the proposed scheme at any time should more demand arise, so please do get in touch if you are a Leaseholder that owns a parking bay if you have not done so already.
