The Pointe

The Pointe was originally an office block and has recently been refurbished and converted to provide 22 self-contained apartments over three storeys. There are six ground floor apartments with individual independent entrance doors, four to the front of the property accessed via the main street, a further two apartments with access via the rear car park. Some apartments have allocated parking bays to the rear of the property accessed through a security gate.

Do Horizon manage repairs inside my apartment?

No, unfortunately, we do not, however, we may have a local trusted contractor that we can refer you to.

Can I suggest a block improvement?

Yes absolutely, it’s really good for us to have feedback from residents about what work could be done to improve the performance and aesthetics of the block. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

How often will Horizon visit the block?

We expect to visit blocks under our management on a quarterly basis, however when necessary, this can be increased. Do let us know if you wish to meet us when we next visit – we are always keen to help you put a face to a name. Also, our team that conduct routine maintenance at your block are our eyes and ears, therefore we always ask them to let us know of any issues.

Do I pay ground rent to Horizon?

Yes, Horizon collects your annual Ground Rent on behalf of the Freeholder.

INSURANCE POLICY

SERVICE CHARGE & BLOCK ACCOUNTS

At The Pointe all Leaseholders contribute to the block’s running costs through a Service Charge that is calculated on a square foot basis of each apartment.
