Yes absolutely, these are really important, and they can be very sociable occasions and a great way for us to meet residents. We hope to hold a meeting each year in the summer at the block on a weekday evening.

Can I suggest a block improvement?

Yes absolutely, it’s really good for us to have feedback from residents about what work could be done to improve the performance and aesthetics of the block. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We expect to visit blocks under our management on a quarterly basis, however when necessary, this can be increased. Do let us know if you wish to meet us when we next visit – we are always keen to help you put a face to a name. Also, our team that conduct routine maintenance at your block are our eyes and ears, therefore we always ask them to let us know of any issues.
